After watching several videos on the raw diet, I've been inspired to give this a try. As we age, our bodies can't keep up with all the toxins in our foods. Meat is especially difficult to digest at any age, and becomes a stresser on our bodily functions. Our joints ache, we tire easily and overall health begins to diminish. Further stress is added as hormones decline and our sleep habits change. I've been finding it difficult to get a proper, deep sleep during the night.
It's common sense that a raw, vegetarian diet will assist the body to heal and repair itself. I'm inspired, and hopefully you will be too.
